Video: Send & Receive SMS Text Messages In Copilot Studio

In today’s video we are going to create an agent in Copilot Studio that can send and receive sms text messages.

That’s right, we are going to chat with an agent on this mobile phone in my hands.

To do this, we will create an agent from scratch, get ourselves a phone number for the agent, and then use Dynamics 365 Contact Center to connect the agent to that phone number.

This is so freaking cool and the best part is we are going to build this whole thing here together. So let’s get started
