I love the new hooks feature in Copilot Studio. They are my favorite thing in a long time because they make your agents behaviour more predictable.

What hooks do is make your agent run a workflow when a specific type of event occurs: like the start of a conversation, or the agent selects a tool to be used, or when an error happens.

There are so many good uses cases for this. And today I’m going to show you how to build my favorite ones.
