Video: Copilot Studio Extract Data From Any PDF, Word, Excel File

With the new Extract node in Copilot Studio workflows you can process a document and extract specific values that you define. Then those values become content that later workflow steps can use.

It works with several different file types such as PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. And common document types such as “invoices” available with no additional setup.

Honestly, it’s one of the most useful features in Copilot Studio and that’s why I want to show you how to use it. So let’s get started.
