Video: Copilot Studio Generate Word Document Grounded In Knowledge

In this video we are going to look at using Copilot Studio to generate an Microsoft Word Document and then return it back to the chat window. More specifically, we are going to create a sales quote using natural language. I’m only going to provide a few pieces of information: the customer name and a few products. This agent uses its knowledge about the products my store sells to fill-in the rest.

The agent comes back with the quoted items and prices, but check this out: I can also click on a link to open the full document. And it’s a beauty. And you’ll also notice the customer and products have a lot of additional details because of how I’ve grounded my agent with data.
