Video: Typo-Proof Your Copilot Studio Agent With Dataverse Search

In this video we are going to build an agent that uses a fuzzy search technique to find the matching records in a Dataverse table and then display the results in Copilot Studio.

What’s a fuzzy search? Fuzzy search is where your search terms don’t have a perfect match but you can still find results. Unlike keyword search where you must have an exact match.

This is important because users expect to see results even if they misspell a word, or put words in the wrong order. They still expect the agent to find what they’re looking for. Fuzzy matching solves this problem. Let me show you what I mean.
