Today we are going to build an agent in Copilot Studio that can automatically reply to emails for you.

This agent will monitor your inbox for new emails coming in. Then it will choose which tools to call and search its knowledge to get information for the response. And finally, the agent will send a message back to the original sender, just like you or I would.

There’s a few extra steps when it comes to building an email agent vs. a chat agent. So that’s why we are going to build an entire email agent from end-to-end so you can see the full thing.
